poor design problem November 19, 2008
This thing is big and the ear holder is weak. It is a very loose fit and allows a lot of background noise through. And while it is lightweight, the size of the device is unexpected when comparing it to others. We are likely to replace this thing as it just doesn't work that well.

Although much more comfortable than others I've had, I'm not very happy with this unit. Motorola has always been the better brands for bluetooth but I am constantly being told it is difficult to hear me and I find myself putting my hand on it to pull it closer to my mouth. Kind of defeats the purpose behind hands-free.

I looked for a long time and finally settled on this one. I love it. Although I only use it sporadically it has really helped with hands free in my car. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Ordere two of the bluetooth headsets in the color pink.br /They arrived in very good time. Both headsets apparently have internal batteries that are DEAD! Neither headsedt hold a charge long enough for it to actually transmit a call using my cellphone. I am hard pressed to keep them and would like to return them for credit reversal on my credit card ASAP. I have been sick and under doctor's care since I received the headsets and I am hoping by virtue of this review that Amazon will contact my telephone number and give me an authorization code and send me a return label so that I do not have to add even more stress to my already complicated life. What a waste of time, effort, energy and money has been involved with these two headsets. Please rescue me. Thank you. p.s. Even the rating system above is ridiculous. It forces me to rate this purchase by one star. I personally would not even give it one star.

This item is useful although it is bulky. It serves the purpose sacrificing a little of the aesthtics.
