This is a well made and good looking little lithium/ion battery. It should last through about 1000 full charging cycles. br /br /Included is a USB cable for charging it with a computer or other 5V 600mA power device that has a USB port. The unit includes a short cable to use the unit to charge a PDA, cell phone, etc. with the included 6 adapters. br /br /I may use mine to keep my Palm Zire 72 PDA charged on the road. I can also use it to charge and power my Grundig G4, AM, FM, 10-band shortwave radio, MPC3 player combo. I've tested it on these and it works fine. I don't use a cell phone - yet. br /br /Actually, while this is a nice unit, I don't know if I'll have much use for it. But I now have it, just in case. . . Maybe someday I'll get a cell phone.

Provides lots of exta power. It can charge up mp3 players, phones and more. So much power in such a small battery, There are lots of cables and tips that give so much flxiblity
