Amazon.com Product Description NET10 changes the way you look at cell phone use. Instead of monthly bills, NET10 lets you pay as you go, so you can customize your minutes to your needs. To get started you'll need to buy and activate one of NET10's phones. Once activated, you can use the NET10 Refill Card to add airtime to your phone. This card supplies an activated phone with 300 minutes of local, long distance, or roaming airtime and up to 30 days of service.p Adding airtime is a breeze. Simply press the 'Menu' key on your activated NET10 phone and select the 'Prepaid' menu. Next, select the 'Redeem' airtime option, enter the NET10 Refill Card PIN number and press the 'OK' key. Presto. Airtime will be sent to your NET10 phone and you will be notified by a free text message when the time has been added. And don't forget to hold on to your NET10 Refill Card until you've received confirmation that your minutes have been added.

Easy September 8, 2008 Ordering through Amazon.com was easy and fast. I didn't have to use gas to go buy this item.
No evil? Surely that is a joke! August 3, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I purchased the Net10 phone because of the one year of service available along with 1500 minutes. Before the 300 minutes delivered with the phone (which gave me 60 days of service) had been used I found that 1500 minutes was no longer available. Instead I would need to purchase 2000 minutes (at a cost 33% greater) for one year of service. If this is not evil, what is?
Awesome - will never switch back April 18, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I got my Net10 about 4 months ago. I love it. It's easy to use. It's MUCH cheaper than the big phone companies. And no annoying contract. There are no gotchas or hidden fees. Highly recommended.
Bait and switch November 12, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I live in a rural area without cell phone service and only use my cell on the road. Net 10 was a good deal when I bought it. It promised 1000 minutes and a year of service for $100. Now I can only get 180 days for $100. I never use all my minutes, but I need the days. I'll be switching when my days run out unless Net 10 goes back to its original promise.
Good Service at a Decent Price with No Contract October 27, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I switched from Cingular to NET10 about a year ago because Cingular kept adding new fees. NET10 has reduced my annual cell phone cost by about 75 percent! br /br /My NET10 phone uses ATT's network. With NET10, I get ATT service without ATT prices. I believe NET10 also uses T-Mobile, depending on where you purchase the phone or what location of use you give when ordering a NET10 phone.br /br /Minutes roll over from month to month, and there's no contract. There's no monthly bill to pay. If you decide to cancel your service, you just stop adding minutes. How convenient is that? There are no overage charges. If you use up all your minutes, you can just add more at the regular rate of ten cents per minute.br /br /I like to buy cards from Amazon to avoid sales tax. The biggest problem with ordering cards from Amazon is they are out of stock very often. Expect to wait sometimes a month or more for your card to arrive from Amazon.
