Overall, I have had a good experience with the H500 br /across multiple phones: Sony Ericsson, Samsung, br /Motorola, UTStarcom.br /br /Downsides: br /low volume in noisy environments (highway driving, for br /example), lacks locking feature to keep headset from br /accidentally turning on or making unintended calls br /from your pocketbr /br /Upsides: br /sound quality, small size, comfort

This is a great little device. It was easy to hook up and simple to use. It does everything it is supposed to do and the battery lasts a long time.br /The price was right and I am very happy with this purchase.

I have tried several bluetooth headsets, but this is the most comfortable to me because it does not have a button that fits inside your ear. This almost fits flush with your ear. I am very satisfied with the way it functions. There are times when I have to touch it to see if it is there it is so comfortable.
