Speck Products Pixel Skin iPhone 3G Case (Licorice Black)br /br /I dropped my iphone by accident 4 foot from the ground on a hard wood floor. Landed screen down. This case totally saved it. No damage what so ever. This product rocks!!!!

I checked this out at the Apple Store in the mall, but it was nearly twice the price (w/tax) as what I paid at Amazon. It's a great case with a smooth, non-rubbery, feel. The cross-hatched design is easy on the fingers, but allows the phone to feel sure-handed whenever I'm holding it. No more phone-dropsy!br /br /The really great thing about the Speck case is that it allows my i-Phone 3g to fit perfectly and snugly into the leather Palm holster case I'd bought for my Treo 700p shortly before I switched to the i-Phone. I didn't see any holster-type cases I liked for the i-Phone, so you can imagine how happy I was to find that I could use the Palm case with ideal results. So, if you're going to buy this Speck product, consider how well it might fit into other brands' holster cases.

I purchased this case right after I dropped my iPhone3G. This case resolve the issue where the iPhone lack sufficient grip and gets smeared all over from the slightest touch. The case fits perfectly and allow excellent access the touchscreen, headphone jacks, power/sleep button, home button, and the silent on/off switch on the side. The material is soft and provides adequate grip and cushion for the average bumps the phone might experience.br /br /I would recommend it to anyone who wants a handy case that does not clip to their belts. I am still happy and I have had this case for several weeks now.

I've had this product for a little over a month and I love it. I've dropped my phone a couple of times and it was well protected by this cover. I gave it 4 stars because certain larger jacks don't fit the head phone jack. Also it doesn't come with a screen protector. I purchased one separately and they work beautifully together. I also like the fact that it is fully functional with the cover on. (easy to turn off and on at the top and to adjust the volume on the side)

I carry my iPhone everywhere. My Speck case has saved the phone a couple of times when I accidently dropped it from about 3 feet. I have not found anything I would like better.
