BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAD THE ITEM I NEEDED AND THEIR SOLUTION WAS TO REFUND THE MONEY INSTED OF OFFERING ME A SIMILAR ITEM .br /WHEN IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE BECAUSE AT THE TIME I ORDERED THE ITEM WAS "IN STOCK"
 Concept Great But November 1, 2008
The concept is great. The implementation is lacking. Fortunately, Evga does have excellent Customer Support/Tech Support. br /br /When I received this motherboard, I contracted a pro for installation and assembly. This board was DOA; the Tri-sli would not configure, because of component problems. All of my components are currently top of the line; I'd hoped this motherboard would be too. br /br /Evga should tighten up on Quality Assurance in its MOBO manufacturing. All of my experiences with Customer Care/Tech Support/RMA Support have been great. Too bad I have to know that their RMA support is fine.
