COULD HAVE CALLER ID September 21, 2008 IF THIS TELEPHONE WILL HAVE CALLER ID. I THINK THAT WILL BUY OTHER.br /BECAUSE IS EASY TO OPERATE, PROGRAM Y BEAUTIFUL.
Great basic desk phone September 5, 2008 I'm very happy with this phone. It handles all the small business tasks at my home desk such as speakerphone, mute, headset connection, adjustable volume, and one-push speed dial. The sound quality is fine, it just works as a phone should. The speakerphone is clear and doesn't cut off the beginning of words but it isn't as loud as an expensive office phone or dedicated speaker phone. It is plenty loud enough for comfortable use in a quiet room so is functional. The mute button is wonderful for conference calls where you mostly listen.br /br /Gripes? When the call is muted there isn't an easily visible indicator. There is a little icon on the LCD but it's too hard to see to be practical. The LCD is fairly useless because it's small and not backlit but I don't need it anyway.br /br /This is a fine phone for the money, I recommend it.
Batteries August 4, 2008 The product is great! br /But if the batteries was pulled, all functions for call restriction are lost.
A good speakerphone July 29, 2008 We chose this product arbitrarily for price and features, needing nothing more than an inexpensive but effective speakerphone. We are very pleased with the quality of the phone and the design as well. Highly recommended.
Bad phone, awful service, don't buy!!! July 3, 2008 I wish Amazon has a zero star, that is what my experience is with this phone I bought here. I bought this phone, the one I received would not hang up and did not work for a minute. I called Panasonic and had to hassel them for a pre-paid return label. I sent the phone back and expected to get another new phone. Instead I got an old, "refurbished" phone with previous owner's sticker still on it, and worse still, the phone would not hang up either! When I called the customer service, again, they said the best they could do was to send me another shipping label and send me another "refurbished" phone. At this point, I am inclined to throw the phone away and declare a total loss.
