I am truly disappointed with the company that I bought the cord from, I had canceled the order and they sent it anyway. when I called to see where the cord was they told me there was no such order or number that I gave them, and then in a couple of more week the cord came in. it cost to much to send it back so I still have it. I had changed my order to start with and left the cord out but they sent the cord and now I am stuck with the cord and no phone the ID on the phone my husband couldn't see and I had to send it back I think it should be told that if you aren't satisfied with a product whether you are going to have to pay the shipping your self to send it back. I would not of order either product had I known this. Most companies that I have dealt with online will pay the shipping for the return item if you aren't satisfied with it.
