 A good gadget but it didn't do the trick------------ November 20, 2008
This is a good product. However, it isn't compatible with all telephones. It was returned because of this problem. The standard telephone, purchased at a RadioShack, was returned too and a new phone with integrated sound amplification was purchased there (at a much greater cost).

The product didn't work, pure and simple, on my phone, installed exactly per the instructions. Lights up (so the battery's good) but there's no difference in the sound level.

Price is reasonable. I can hear clearer voice with this one. This is a good product for those who are looking for economical device to control telephone voice in its volume and tone. I am happy with this one except the size (smaller is better).

This little device is inexpensive but very powerful. I ordered it for an agent of mine who is hard of hearing. He could not hear clients on the phone so he talked louder. This disturbed the entire staff. Now, peace has resumed thanks to my purchase. LG

So far this product has been wonderful, allowing my elderly mother to receive calls and being able to actually carry on a conversation that makes sense. Thank you.
