Product Description Call Waiting / Speakerphone / 3 One-Touch Memory Buttons / 10 Station Speed Dial / Adjustable Volume Control / Flash / Redial / Mute / Hearing Aid Compatbl
Amazon.com Product Description The 927 from AT&T is a corded phone with a built-in speakerphone for hands-free communication. Ten speed-dial presets allow you to quickly dial the most frequently used phone numbers, while three one-touch memory buttons are provided for important numbers, such as emergency medical or fire assistance. Volume controls for both the speaker and receiver allow you to adjust levels to your liking, while a mute button lets you listen to incoming audio without the outside party being able to listen to you. The 927 has a redial button, which lets you quickly dial the last outgoing number, and is also hearing aid compatible. The 5.9-by-8.4-inch footprint fits easily onto available countertop space, and wall-mounting capability lets you free up countertop space completely. A directory card on the phone helps you keep track of the various speed dial entries, and the 927 operates without the need for AC power. The phone also comes backed by a one-year limited warranty. What's in the Box Telephone, telephone handset, coiled handset cord, line cord, directory card, user's manual

Sound through the speakerphone varies based on how loud an automated attendant is. At first, I thought this was due to poor quality in the phone. The microphone hears really well. I like the handset for the AT&T 210 Trimline better, but this is a good phone.
