Phone were exactly as advertised and arrived on time in perfect shape. Worked well out of the box with no defects and excellent sound over VOIP from cable company.

Unbelievable that any phone sold today does not support Caller ID - even more unbelievable that the product information listed on Amazon does not mention this anywhere. Only after your receive the phones and discover this 'defect' will you notice the little red note on the upper right-hand corner of the box: "Does not Support Caller ID". Would be nice if the product description had mentioned this.
