Good for what it is. July 29, 2008 The headset with volume and tone control is excellent. There are features I wanted, but this was the only headset phone that wasn't cordless that was reasonably priced. There is no memory for numbers and you can't turn off the ringer. My last Plantronics headset phone also had a handset. I wish they still made that model. But this phone is good for what it does.
Plantronics T10 Corded Headset Telephone July 6, 2008 This phone is as perfect as anything can be in this world-- at least for my avowed purpose. I set out to buy a phone to meet the requirements of the work-at-home employer I was seeking to join up with: corded, headset, noise reduction microphone. It passes the muster with flying colors.
Thanks Plantronics, and thank you, Amazon, for selling it.
Customers Will Notice the Hum! April 19, 2008 I chose this model because I had some experience using it at the large call center I used to work for. When I became an "at-home" agent, I decided to buy the same model. Unfortunately, there really is a humming on the line! For several months I assumed it was my land line, however even after moving out of state and using a completely different phone company, I had the same awful, loud humming. Too late, I realized it was the phone. The volume issue is also true and customers will complain about both. Save your money!
Excellent item ! PLANTRONICS HEADSET PHONE: April 5, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
PLANTRONICS HEADSET PHONE: Very useful product. Clear and crisp sound - important for taking office calls from home or office. Good amount of noise cancellation, and I have never heard anyone asking me to repeat what I say.
Convenient soft touch buttons, removable and adjustable headset.
Keep this little away from any transformers (like in laptop chargers etc), as the wire picks up noise.
I would highly recommenced buying this item.
Good phone....low volume April 3, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this phone for my home office as a replacement to a similiar phone. In general its a good phone, but quite often I have to hold the ear piece tightly to my ear to hear the other party. The phone does have an adjustable volume, but I keep it on maximum and still encounter the issue. My last phone did not have this problem. Thus, I believe its most likely an issue with this phone. There is one specific feature that I really enjoy. Mute. Unlike other phones when you push mute, you can still hear the conversation.
